Manufactured Home Communities generally have the advantage of being in more convenient locations that are much closer to grocery stores, malls and employment, which means you will have a shorter commute to school, work, and shopping. Another major plus is that most communities have some ammenities such as clubhouses, playgrounds, or swimming pools.	Home Subdivisions are usually farther from the city, which many people appreciate. Also, the lot size is much larger. But the real benefits to purchasing land come in the form of equity and finance options. When you have bought land and made payments on it for a while, you will build up equity (or value) in the land, and you can sell the land and get the equity back out if you need to. Also, buying land allows you to make a real estate package with your home and get a lower interest rate and payment on the package.
