| Q. "What kind of Warranty do your homes have?" | |

| Q. "Can I pick the colors of the walls/counters/etc. if I special order a home?" | |
| A. You can pick the colors in your new house if it is possible. Some of the homes such as the Legend Series or the Spirit Series do not allow you to pick from the full range of colors because they are package homes which come with specific colors already in place. | A. You

| A. Clayton Homes have a R11-R11-R21 insulation rating as standard, and some models can be upgraded to R22-R11-R28. | A. Patriot Homes have a R11-R11-R19 insulation rating as standard, and can be upgraded to R22-R19-R40. |
| Q. "Do all the appliances come with it?" | |
| A. The Refrigerator & Stove are included in all our homes, and many of them come with a dishwasher as standard equipment also. Other appliances such as the Washer & Dryer, Microwave, etc. can usually be ordered with the home. | A. The Refrigerator, Stove, and Range Hood come standard in all of our homes, most of them also have a standard dishwasher, and we can also include a microwave, washer & dryer. |

| Q. "How big is the Water heater?" | |
| A. 30 Gallon electric water heaters are standard in our singlewides, and 40 gallon models are standard with all of our doublewides. | A. All of our homes come standard with a 40 gallon electric water heater, but you can upgrade to a 50 Gallon Electric Water heater or a 40 Gallon Gas Water heater if you would like. |
| Q. "What kind of flooring options are available?" | |
| A. Generally, all of the rooms are available in linoleum or carpet, but in some rooms of some floorplans the standard flooring is all that is available. | A. Almost any type of flooring is available in any room, from Linoleum all the way to Ceramic Tile or Laminate flooring. |
